Used Mini Cooper for sale in Fort Worth, TX

2011 Mini Cooper Clubman for sale by owner $6700 or best offer. This Clubman is a two owner vehicle - we originally purchased it from CarMax in 2014 at approx. 35k miles. It was sold to us as a fleet vehicle, the car was used as a company car originally. Since then it has been used a daily driver averaging less than 10k miles a year. Car has been garaged daily for the past 9 years. Car is mechanically sound - cold AC, brakes, steering, lights all in great working order. Car is inspected/registered through 11/2023. Car has had no accidents and the Mini recall on the electrical components was performed by BMW/Mini of Arlington. Oil was changed at 113,445 - Mini recommends changing oil every 10k miles but this car has had changes every 3k miles to ensure longevity. Currently there is an intermittent warning on the factory TPMS sensors (Tire Pressure) but can be fixed for relatively cheap and does not affect driving. Tires are good and have no significant wear. Only other issue is passenger airbag warning is on - seat weight sensor is likely going out but also doesn't impact driving. Interior has driver seat wear and tear but not too bad for vehicle's age. Otherwise interior is in great condition, no kids have driven in this vehicle so no major spills. 8 speaker Harmon Kardon stereo, CD, bluetooth all working in vehicle. Exterior looks amazing from 10 feet out but paint is showing it's age. Front has typical paint wear from city/highway travel. We have two keys both with working batteries - both keys have remote entry and trunk open/close function. I have written records for all maintenance performed on vehicle since 2017. Have receipt for the coolant thermostat, housing and coolant temp sensor replaced by BMW/Mini of Arlington in 2021 ($1000 repair). Car is a great daily that is fun to drive and starts right up every time. Non-turbo engine but has good low end torque - car loves to cruise at highways speeds as well.
